Deleting Cable Types

Unused cable types can be deleted from VidCAD. The procedure below will guide you through deleting a cable type named “VCAD.”

1.    Select “Cable Settings” from the VidCAD Cables ribbon or toolbar.

2.    Select “Cable Types” in the Cable Settings window.

3.    Select the “Grid” tab in the Cable Types window.

4. Select the cable type you want to delete.

5. Select “Delete” and the selected cable type is immediately deleted from the VidCAD database.
