VidCAD for Visio
-New Visio based Concept drawings - VidCAD users will now be able to use Visio to create Concept drawings. Information on using VidCAD for Visio can be found in recorded webinars on the Mastermind site and in the VidCAD Fundamentals Manual.
Equipment
-Add I/O's to Blocks in Place - With this new command, VidCAD users can now add inputs or outputs to real equipment blocks that are already placed in drawings. This replaces the method of deleting, recalling and redefining an equipment block. The keyboard shortcut for this command is "AIO".

-New Hide From Search option for library equipment - The Product Specification window now has a "Hide From Search" option. If hide is selected, the model will not display by default in the Equipment Create window during model searches. This option can be used to hide any models that were created in error or are no longer available for order.

-New "Show Hidden Equipment" selection in Equipment Create - Now that you can mark an individual piece of equipment as "Hidden", you can use that information to sort out and display only information that is current while still being able to show hidden equipment for legacy projects.

-New Amps field - The Product Specification window now has an Amps field added to the power section for library equipment. This field can be added to any report or export.
-Resolved issue where Flexiblock Explode would not work on blocks that were phantom and then transmutated.
-Resolved issue with the Redline Equipment command where some comments did not display properly on equipment blocks.
-Resolved issue with the Redline Equipment command where a Fatal Error would occur if a Router Border was selected. Redline now informs users that you cannot redline Router Borders.
CAD Engines
-New compatibility with full AutoCAD 2014 - All flavors including AutoCAD 2014 MEP, Architectural Desktop, Electrical, Civil Desktop, etc.
Cables
-New Add DWG name to Feathers command - This new command can be used in Diagram drawings to automatically search the project database and provide users with a list of drawings for a Sysname that is referenced on a feather. From the list, the user can then select the appropriate drawing name and the feather block will be automatically updated. If the Sysname referenced on a feather is only in one other drawing, and the Autofill function is selected, the feather bock will automatically display the correct drawing name. Users will be able to select one or groups of feathers, or the entire drawing. The keyboard shortcut for this command is FDU (Feather Drawing name Update)

-New Cable Draw option on Cable Create - The seldom used "Use Cable Number in Phantoms" has been replaced by the Cable Draw options in the Cable Create window.
-New Comment fields for Cables - Three new comment fields have been added to the database. This will give users the ability to track custom data on a per cable basis.

-New Comment fields in the Cable Grid - The three new cable comment fields are now available for edit from the Cable Grid.

-New Customization fields for Cable Comments - Users can customize the title of the cable comment fields to best match their project flow. Changes in the cable comment titles will be displayed in the Cable Edit window and the Cable Grid.

-Resolved issue with Phantom Jack Transmutate that would cause a Fatal Error if Terminal Number Template was selected.
VidCAD Main Menu
-Resolved issue with the new drawing creation where some users in a network environment would get database messages during the drawing opening process.
VidCAD Reporter
-New Zoom functions - Users can now zoom up to 400% when customizing reports and labels.
-New Report Line Shading - VidCAD reports can now display shading of every other line in the report. The color of the shading can be easily customized.
-New Export and Launch button - This button replaces the process of exporting with one button then launching with another.
-New Favorites option for reports - Users can now change properties of reports and mark them as favorites. The Show Favorites option then will display only reports marked as favorites.
-Enhanced size display - Limited the number of characters in the location (X and Y) fields to three decimal places, which should make them much more manageable.
-Enhanced Filter notification - When a report filter is in use the icon on the filter button changes. This should make it easier verify a filter is active.
-Resolved issue printing to Adobe Pro pdf writer.
-Resolved issue with roll type printers - Cable Labels can now be printed to roll type label printers.
BricsCAD Only
-Resolved issue with BricsCAD where the Phantom Equipment Transmutate command would cause a crash if multiple pieces of equipment are selected.
